Specifically: selection of media outlets and journalists to invite; drafting and sending of the Save The Date and official invitation; one-to-one follow-up and PR activities to gather confirmations; online registration form; participant lists; train and flight ticketing; logistics and accommodation information; coordination of Actyon and KGM range test drives; preparation and distribution of press kit content; handling of media requests for photos and videos (b-roll and dedicated footage); management of expense reimbursements; post-event debrief and press review, which generated over 140 published articles.<\/p>\n<p>The press kit for the KGM Actyon, Torres EVX and the full KGM range required a particularly demanding effort, both in the initial phase\u2014collecting information from the Korean headquarters and from the various countries where KGM products were already available\u2014and in the drafting of the texts themselves, the result of careful comparison and verification to ensure that the data for the Italian market were accurate and consistent with the models imported by ATFLOW.
