Media Training for Managers and Corporate Spokespeople<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In a context where the ability to communicate clearly, authoritatively and effectively is increasingly strategic, PETRONAS Lubricants International<\/strong><\/a> chose to invest in preparing its management team through a dedicated media training programme for managers representing the company during interviews, press conferences, international events and product launches.<\/p>\n

Training for Media Relations and Public Speaking<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To support this initiative, Anice<\/strong><\/a> designed and coordinated a tailored training programme for key EMEA spokespeople, aimed at strengthening their skills in managing media relations and public speaking. The project involved Roberto Rasia Dal Polo, a journalist, presenter and trainer with extensive experience in preparing managers and corporate spokespeople.<\/p>\n

The agency team<\/strong><\/a> managed the design and coordination of the entire training programme, from analysing the communication needs of PETRONAS management to developing supporting materials. Activities included the preparation of key messages, fact sheets, Q&A documents and filmed simulation scenarios to analyse participants\u2019 responses, as well as the coordination of practical exercises developed together with Roberto Rasia Dal Polo<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Management Preparation and Effective Communication<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The sessions combined theoretical training with simulated television, radio and print interviews, supported by video feedback sessions designed to improve the ability to communicate concisely, manage stress, use body language effectively and maintain control of key messages. Through this programme, PETRONAS management gained practical tools to engage more confidently with journalists, stakeholders and opinion leaders, helping ensure more effective and consistent corporate communication during events, conferences and international initiatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
