18 January 2023<\/strong> \u2013Castrol has launched a new, free-of-charge technical support service, allowing workshops and consumers in [country] <\/strong>to interact with a dedicated team of technical specialists trained to provide advice and resolve queries.<\/p>\n The new service will be open to current and prospective Castrol customers, independent and franchised workshops, distributors, retailers, and Castrol Branded Workshops across Italy. It will provide a more tailored and high-quality customer experience, with Castrol\u2019s technical agents available eight hours a day, five days per week at no cost by emailing at MondoCastrol@castrol.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n During a pilot phase for the new technical support service, Castrol\u2019s agents responded to 87% of email enquiries within just 24 hours.<\/p>\n
