A specialised, highly durable compound ensures traction and stability in extreme conditions, offering enhance wear resistance, as well as improved performance on challenging terrain.<\/p>\n<p>The new Apollo Terra MPT 1 range is suitable for a wide selection of on- and off-road trucks, including vehicles used for roadside or infrastructural maintenance, firefighting or military applications. The tyres are also suitable for selected recreational camping units, providing reliable traction and comfort during off-road adventures.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anicecommunication.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/09\/Apollo-Terra-MPT-1-in-action-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22028\" src=\"https:\/\/www.anicecommunication.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/09\/Apollo-Terra-MPT-1-in-action-2.jpg\" alt=\"Apollo Terra MPT 1 in action\" width=\"1920\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Produced at Apollo Tyres\u2019 state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Chennai India, the Apollo Terra MPT 1 is available in three sizes: 365\/80 R20 MPT, 365\/85 R20 and 405\/70\u00a0R20 MPT. All feature the M+S (mud and snow) symbol on the sidewall to certify their all-terrain capabilities. As well as being sufficiently robust to resist cuts and penetration by sharp objects when operating off road, the Terra MPT 1 tread is regroovable to further extend its useful life.<\/p>\n<p>An advanced steel radial carcass construction with steel belts ensures superior durability \u00a0\u00a0and stability when traversing varied inclines and loose surfaces, including stones, soil and sand, while still providing a comfortable and quiet ride when used on the road. The tyre is compatible with central tyre inflation systems to allow users to inflate and deflate the tyre pressure depending on the individual scenario.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anicecommunication.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/09\/Apollo-Terra-MPT1_30-degree-view_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22027\" src=\"https:\/\/www.anicecommunication.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/09\/Apollo-Terra-MPT1_30-degree-view_2.jpg\" alt=\"Apollo Terra MPT 1\" width=\"1568\" height=\"1006\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Terra MPT 1 is suitable for use on the road at higher speeds, with the three size options having a speed index of J (100 km\/h) (365\/85 R 20 and 405\/70 R20 MPT) or K (110\u00a0km\/h) (365\/80\u00a0R 20 MPT) to support effective operation on highways.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure compliance with various local legislation, the Terra MPT 1 range has been ECE R-54 type approved and is POR (Professional Off-Road) certified, the latter of which is depicted on the sidewall of the tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Guido Boerkamp, Head Off-Highway Tyres Europe, said: \u201cThe launch of the new Terra MPT 1 represents a significant milestone in the diversification of our industrial product portfolio.
