This partnership confirms PLI\u2019s active contribution to the training of qualified technicians ready to tackle the challenges of the job market with competence.<\/p>\n<p>The new agreement was signed on January 29, 2025, at the PETRONAS Global Research Center in Santena (TO) in the presence of the regional delegation of CNOS-FAP and the management of PLI.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anicecommunication.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/02\/250225_Accordo_PETRONAS_CNOS-FAP_01.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22407\" src=\"https:\/\/www.anicecommunication.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/02\/250225_Accordo_PETRONAS_CNOS-FAP_01.jpg\" alt=\"PETRONAS e CNOS-FAP\" width=\"1677\" height=\"920\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>From the left: Ciro Lupo, Business Head Italy &amp; Africa PLI &#8211; Giuseppe Pedretti, Managing Director EMEA Region PLI &#8211; Carlo Vallero, Regional Director for Territory and Business Development CNOS-FAP &#8211; Cristina Calvo, Director of the Operational Headquarters CNOS-FAP &#8211; Riccardo Marchisio, ADM PREMIUM, Federico Rossotto, HR Manager Italy &amp; Africa PLI<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The goal of the agreement is to open new opportunities for young future professionals in the sector, strengthening the link between the world of education and the industrial reality. The pilot project, which starts in Piedmont and aims to expand nationally, will allow students to gain a more complete education, starting from theory and extending to internships in the workshop.<\/p>\n<p>PLI will indeed offer the opportunity to carry out practical internships at the workshops of the PETRONAS Network as part of their training program. These activities will complement the established theoretical training programs and guided tours at the PETRONAS Production Facility and Global Research and Technology Center, a center of excellence in the world of high-tech lubricants, adjacent to the historical headquarters in Villastellone.<\/p>\n<p>A key role within the new initiative will be played by ADM PREMIUM, the distributor for PETRONAS brands in Piedmont and Valle D&#8217;Aosta, which will ensure the supply of lubricants to schools and promote the project within its extensive network of over 220 partner workshops in the Piedmont area.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe pilot project we are launching in Piedmont with CNOS-FAP marks a new stage in a journey that has already trained many young talents. Opening our workshops to students creates a dual benefit: it offers them the opportunity to acquire hands-on skills with lubricants in a real professional setting and, at the same time, actively involves the workshops in the growth of future technicians,\u201d<\/em> says Giuseppe Pedretti, Managing Director EMEA Region at PETRONAS Lubricants International.<em> \u201cAs PLI, we are particularly proud to be an integral part of this virtuous cycle where the synergy between education, industry, and workshops creates value for the future of people and the territory.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>&#8220;The demand from workshops for specialized personnel to join their staff is constantly growing<\/em>,&#8221; says Carlo Vallero of CNOS-FAP,<em> &#8220;and this agreement will allow us to connect our automotive students with an excellent organization like the PETRONAS Network. We consider the internship period a crucial phase in the training of our students, as it enables them to put their learning into practice and engage directly with the professional
