Apollo Tyres: retailers and fitters retain leading role in shaping tyre purchase decisions, new survey finds.<\/p>\n
Tyre retailers and fitters across Italy play a critical role in guiding consumers\u2019 purchase decisions when they come to select replacement tyres, according to new research commissioned by Apollo Tyres Ltd.<\/p>\n
When asked \u201cwhat is the most important source of information when choosing a replacement tyre brand?\u201d<\/em> 41% of car owners cite \u201crecommendation from a tyre fitter \/ retailer.\u201d<\/em> That is significantly ahead of the next most influential sources of guidance: \u201conline reviews from independent experts, including specialist car publications and websites\u201d<\/em> (16%), \u201crecommendation from car manufacturer \/ a direct replacement for what was previously fitted to the car\u201d<\/em> (15%) and \u201conline customer reviews\u201d<\/em> (10%).<\/p>\n
