He joined Mercedes-Benz Italia in 1988, where he held the position of General Manager in Italy for the Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Chrysler and Jeep brands.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2301\">In 2007, he worked as a consultant on projects across various industries, before developing the growth plan for the Jaguar Land Rover Europe Importer Region.
