La ricerca \u00e8 stata realizzata nel 2021 in sette mercati: Cina, Germania, India, Malesia, Polonia, Thailandia e Stati Uniti.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\"><em>In ciascun mercato si sono svolte cinque discussioni con focus group composte dai cinque o sei clienti donne e cinque colloqui approfonditi separati con proprietari o responsabili di officine indipendenti.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\"><em>\u00a0Le discussioni con i focus group sono durate due ore e 15 minuti ciascuna, con partecipanti di et\u00e0, fasi della vita e status sentimentali diversi. Tutte le partecipanti dovevano essere proprietarie di un\u2019auto e responsabili, da sole o congiuntamente, della sua manutenzione.
