  • Successor to the Aspire 4G+, optimised for high performance and executive-class saloons and SUVs
  • New Dynamic Contour Technology enhances comfort and handling
  • Selected sizes achieve upgraded ‘A’ wet grip, ‘A’ noise and ‘B’ rolling resistance ratings over predecessor, while delivering uniform wear and extended life
  • Available to order now in 24 sizes across Europe

Apollo Tyres Ltd has launched the Apollo Aspire 5, a new-generation summer tyre engineered for high performance and executive-class vehicles. As the successor to the popular Aspire 4G+, the new tyre delivers significant improvements in ride comfort, noise and efficiency – all at an accessible price point.

The Aspire 5 is available in 24 sizes, for 17- to 21-inch rims, suitable for a wide range of saloons and SUVs, including those with electrified powertrains.

The Aspire 5 features Apollo Tyres’ new Dynamic Contour Technology, which combines advanced tread design and compound innovations to deliver a refined driving experience. ‘Diamond ridges’ within the tread structure absorb shocks from road imperfections, reducing stress on the ribs and enhancing smoothness and control.

The tyre’s ‘Synchronised Tread Pitch’, an evolution of the technology used in the Aspire 4G+, minimises vibration and noise, with selected sizes achieving an ‘A’ noise rating (69 dB).

The structure of the tyre allows for uniform pressure distribution, even when subject to more severe cornering forces, to promote stable handling and consistent rates of wear.

The new-generation carbon black compound used in the Aspire 5 features low hysteresis properties that minimise heat build-up, improve rolling resistance and help to extend tyre life. In selected sizes, the tyre achieves a ‘B’ rolling resistance rating, delivering improved fuel efficiency.

The Aspire 5 also delivers outstanding all-weather performance, with an ‘A’ wet grip rating available on certain sizes, providing reassuring control and braking capability in challenging conditions.

Extensive testing across Europe, India, Japan and Korea confirmed the Aspire 5’s high levels of refinement and comfort, matching or exceeding those of leading European premium-brand competitors.

Daniele Lorenzetti, Chief Technology Officer at Apollo Tyres Ltd, commented: “With the Aspire 5, our R&D teams focused on enhancing refinement and comfort without compromising dynamic performance. Every element of the tyre has been developed to meet the expectations of premium and executive car owners seeking both comfort and control, resulting in a tyre that combines quietness and composure with responsive handling and efficiency.”
