Management of the presence of Italian media at the “Beyond the Fast Lane” event held on 14 May 2025 at the PETRONAS Lubricants International R&T Centre in Santena (Turin). The Italian driver of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula 1 Team, Kimi Antonelli, visited the PETRONAS Global R&T Centre for a day dedicated to racing passion and advanced technology. The visit to the Santena research laboratories, where Formula 1 fluids are developed, allowed the young driver from Bologna to gain deeper insight into PETRONAS’ technical capabilities and the crucial role this partnership plays in driving the team’s performance. Antonelli was welcomed at the PETRONAS Global R&T Centre by Khalil Muri, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI), PETRONAS’ global division dedicated to the production and marketing of lubricants.
Selection of specialist media outlets and journalists; drafting and sending of the invitation to the “Beyond the Fast Lane” event; one-to-one follow-ups to confirm attendance; translation and localisation of content; interview planning; coordination of a TV interview with TG3 Piemonte; transfers and expense reimbursements; post-event press review with over 130 published articles.
