Press Office activities for the media presentation of the new XPENG G6 and XPENG G9, imported and distributed in Italy from June 2025 by ATFLOW. The event, held in Pescantina (Verona) on June 17th –18th , 2025, hosted 57 journalists and generated over 100 published articles in the subsequent press coverage.
Selection of media outlets and journalists to invite; drafting and sending of the Save The Date and official invitation; follow-up calls and one-to-one PR activities to gather confirmations; online registration form; participant lists; train and flight ticketing; logistics and accommodation information; coordination of XPENG G6 and G9 test drives; preparation and distribution of press kit materials; management of media requests for photos and videos (b-roll and dedicated footage); expense reimbursement management; post-event debrief and press review.
Creating the product press kit, containing all information for media use, is a key element for the success of a press event in terms of subsequent coverage. Providing journalists with clear, verified texts supported by accurate technical data, as well as price lists and any ongoing commercial offers, is the best way to ensure a higher number of articles following the press presentation.
