An International Tour to Showcase XPENG’s Innovation
In April 2026, XPENG organised the Physical AI Immersive China Tour, an international experience for European journalists and content creators designed to provide a first-hand look at the company’s technology ecosystem. Between Guangzhou and Beijing, participants visited research centres, production facilities and development laboratories, gaining deeper insights into XPENG’s innovations in
- electric mobility,
- autonomous driving,
- artificial intelligence applied to electric mobility,
- Physical AI,
- Embodied Intelligence,
- robotics,
- robotaxis,
- “flying cars”, electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) vehicles,
- and technologies for the future of mobility

Coordination of the Italian Delegation and International Media Relations
As press office for XPENG on behalf of ATFLOW, the brand’s official importer and distributor in Italy, Anice coordinated the participation of the Italian delegation, which included automotive journalists, media professionals and influencers specialising in technology and innovation. The agency managed relations with participants and operational coordination throughout the international programme, facilitating dialogue between the brand and leading European media.

An Immersive Experience Exploring Physical AI, Robotics and Intelligent Mobility
The tour gave participants the opportunity to experience some of XPENG’s most advanced technologies first-hand. Key highlights included testing the VLA 2.0 intelligent driving system, meeting IRON, the humanoid robot developed by the company, and visiting XPENG’s production facilities in Guangzhou, characterised by high levels of automation and digital integration.
From “Flying Cars” to Auto China: XPENG’s Technology Vision
Particular attention was dedicated to Physical AI projects and advanced air mobility solutions, including the Land Aircraft Carrier and technologies developed by ARIDGE, the XPENG Group company dedicated to developing electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) vehicles. The programme continued with a visit to Auto China in Beijing, one of the world’s leading international automotive shows, giving participants the opportunity to explore the evolution of China’s automotive industry and the trends reshaping intelligent mobility.

Media Coverage to Strengthen Brand Visibility
The initiative generated significant media coverage in Italy through articles, reports and digital content produced by the participants. Among the most notable results were reports broadcast by TG1 and an exclusive interview by journalist Marzia De Giuli with Brian Gu, Vice Chairman and President of XPENG, exploring the company’s global strategy and the role of artificial intelligence in the evolution of the automotive industry. Through the direct involvement of media and creators, the tour helped increase brand visibility and generate authoritative content on the innovations transforming the future of mobility.
