ATFlow announces new appointments to its top management team to support business growth and evolution in the Italian market.

ATFlow, a company specialized in the import and distribution of cutting-edge automotive brands for the Italian market and currently representing KGM, XPENG and INEOS Automotive, announces new top management appointments to support business growth and evolution in Italy.

Gian Leonardo Fea, formerly Managing Director of XPENG Italy, takes on the role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Managing Director of ATFlow, with responsibility for driving the strategic evolution of the brands and supporting the development of the New Business area.

Giuseppe Rovito assumes operational leadership of XPENG and INEOS in Italy, joining ATFlow as Managing Director and Managing Director of ATFlow. In this role, Rovito will oversee both the tech-leading premium brand at the forefront of AI-driven mobility and the British brand that has helped redefine the off-road experience.

Completing the new appointments is Andrea Ferrari, who joins ATFlow as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), with responsibility for coordinating all marketing and communication activities for the XPENG, KGM and INEOS Automotive brands, as well as future brands in the Italian market.

Luca Ronconi is confirmed as ATFlow Board Member, with responsibility for the Korean brand KGM in Italy.

Gian Leonardo Fea began his career in the automotive sector as a consultant in the early 1980s. He joined Mercedes-Benz Italia in 1988, where he held the position of General Manager in Italy for the Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Chrysler and Jeep brands.

In 2007, he worked as a consultant on projects across various industries, before developing the growth plan for the Jaguar Land Rover Europe Importer Region. He subsequently became President of BAH, Jaguar Land Rover importer for Poland.

After returning to Italy, he worked on consultancy projects for Federauto and served as President of the Mercedes Dealers Association from 2022 to March 2025.

Formerly Managing Director of XPENG, Fea now assumes strategic coordination across current and future brands represented by ATFlow, with a particular focus on the development of new business opportunities.

Giuseppe Rovito appointed Managing Director of XPENG and INEOS for Italy

Giuseppe Rovito

Born in 1983, Giuseppe Rovito has extensive experience in the automotive sector, developed at BMW Italia, where he worked from 2009, holding roles of increasing responsibility in Sales, Commercial Planning and Distribution.

Throughout his career, he contributed to defining commercial strategies for the BMW and MINI brands, coordinating the dealer network and developing projects related to the evolution of distribution models. In 2022, he became Head of Direct Sales Project at BMW Italia, leading—together with BMW AG—the definition and implementation of the new business and distribution model for the Italian market as part of a European team.

From 7th January 2026, he joined ATFlow as the new Managing Director of XPENG and INEOS.

Andrea Ferrari brings to ATFlow over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector, gained through senior roles in marketing, product management, communication, brand management and product development. His professional background includes positions at Ferrari, Alfa Romeo and BMW Group Italia, where he led marketing for BMW Motorrad and later served as Head of Marketing, Product and Customer for MINI.

More recently, he was European Commercial Director of the Keeway Group (Keeway, Morbidelli, Benda, EZY, Cyclone brands) and previously Chief Marketing Officer at NIO.

At ATFlow, he takes on the role of Chief Marketing Officer across all brands.
