Project Description

Comprehensive 360° management of the XPENG #FUTUREMOBILITY event and exhibition set up at the ADI Design Museum during Milan Design Week 2025. On the occasion of this exclusive showcase, a dedicated Italian media preview was also organized for the XPENG P7+ electric sedan—the first vehicle defined by Artificial Intelligence—and for XPENG AEROTH X2, the electric flying car, as well as the first global reveal (outside China) of the humanoid robot IRON.

A special and truly unique press event, featuring the first-ever Silent Headphone Press Conference, with media equipped with next-generation wireless headphones offering multiple audio channels to follow the press conference with simultaneous translation. The experience was extraordinary for attendees and provided the media with an excellent tool to follow key insights shared by the ATFLOW management, by JuanMa Lopez, Vice President of the XPENG Design Center, and by XPENG Managing Director Shunqiang Qiang.

Specifically, Anice handled location scouting, full event design at the ADI Design Museum, content creation, drafting and sending of invitations to dedicated mailing lists, one-to-one media follow-ups, guest list management, and complete logistical and operational coordination (lunches, dinners, accommodations, flight and train ticketing, transfers, management of third-party suppliers, content and briefing materials, photo and video services). The press event took place on 10 April with over 40 journalists in attendance, joined by dealers, stakeholders, XPENG international management and staff, for a total of more than 100 participants.

For dealers and prospects, an exclusive exhibition was also organized at Hotel Viu in Milan to showcase the XPENG G6 and XPENG G9, imported into Italy by ATFLOW starting June 2025.

Following the event, Anice produced an event recap video, tailor-made videos and images for individual media outlets, video interviews and social media content for XPENG international management, and handled media expense reimbursements and the press review, which included over 100 published articles.

A one-of-a-kind event, managed from A (for Anice) to… X (for XPENG), without forgetting Y and Z.
