Project Description

Castrol Magnatec information and promotional campaign included the distribution to media of a press release, direct contact with a selected group of journalists, management of the DEM campaign on B2B sites, advertising page on B2B magazines and banner monitoring on specialized sites.

Direct contact with a select group of media was developed with the “Have a nice summer with Castrol” project.

Selection n. 10 B2B / B2C publications of interest to Castrol and its products. Telephone and email contact with the Directors of the magazines or with the journalists of reference for lubricants to inform them of Castrol’s desire to send them a giveaway bottle of Motor Oil for their car and a Castrol Magnatec branded car sunshade .

Collection of data and addresses for shipping. Management of the purchase of Castrol oils according to the indications and car references received from the media. Preparation of materials, packaging, boxes, labels, “with compliments” cards and mailing arrangements. Verification of material receipt and debrief with the customer.
