As the Press Office for PETRONAS Lubricants Italy, on the occasion of PLI’s participation in the Autopromotec components trade fair (Bologna, May 2025), Anice handled the research, planning and coordination of interviews at the PETRONAS booth, facilitating meetings between attending journalists and PETRONAS management. In collaboration with the Autopromotec organizers, Anice also arranged the participation of Giuseppe Pedretti, Regional Managing Director EMEA of PLI, in the roundtable “Circular Economy, Recycle & Remanufacturing: Experiences from Europe and Perspectives for Italy,” an open discussion on the reuse of spare parts and remanufactured components.
Preparation and distribution of press releases related to PETRONAS at Autopromotec; drafting of talking points, speeches and interview question outlines; preparation of tailored agendas for the managers attending; preparation of interviewer media profiles with information and photos of the journalists (14 scheduled interviews); on-site presence and PR activities with media attending the fair; compilation of event press coverage (over 35 published articles) and post-event debrief.
