Project Description
An International Event Dedicated to Artificial Intelligence in Mobility and XPENG’s ESG Commitment
On 3 June 2026, XPENG organised the AI Mobility Leadership Briefing in London, an event focused on the evolution of artificial intelligence applied to mobility and the changes that intelligent technologies are bringing to the automotive industry. The event also provided an opportunity to present XPENG’s achievements in ESG, where the company received the top rating for three consecutive years, making it the only Chinese automotive brand operating in Europe to achieve this recognition.
The event featured Brian Gu, Vice Chairman and President of XPENG, who presented the results of research conducted across six European markets on perceptions of AI in mobility and outlined the brand’s strategy for innovation, safety and sustainability.
Research, Innovation and New Perspectives for the Automotive Industry
The event provided an important opportunity to explore the changes reshaping the automotive sector, from the evolution of intelligent driving systems to the integration of artificial intelligence into the vehicle experience. The research highlighted expectations, opportunities and challenges related to the adoption of new technologies, providing insights into key trends across the European market.
Media Relations to Highlight XPENG’s Leadership
As XPENG’s press office on behalf of ATFLOW, the brand’s official importer and distributor in Italy, Anice managed media relations activities targeting leading national publications, supporting the distribution of key content from the briefing and strengthening the brand’s positioning in the conversation around technological innovation, the future of mobility and ESG.
Authoritative Media Coverage on Artificial Intelligence
Through targeted media relations activities, the initiative achieved significant visibility in the Italian press, generating in-depth coverage of artificial intelligence in the automotive industry, intelligent mobility and the sector’s ongoing transformation. One of the most significant results was an article published in La Repubblica’s Affari & Finanza, which highlighted Brian Gu’s insights and the key findings from the European research, helping broaden the discussion around new applications of AI in mobility.
A Communication Strategy to Strengthen Authority and Visibility
The project demonstrates how an integrated strategy combining press office activities, media relations and valuable content can turn complex topics into opportunities for dialogue with media, stakeholders and opinion leaders. By sharing authoritative information and research data, Anice helped increase XPENG’s visibility and strengthen its positioning as a key player in innovation within the international automotive landscape
